Booking & Session Policy

Payment & Refund Policy

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your appointment time.

Due to the experiential and energetic nature of these services, sessions are non-refundable once completed.

​

Clients who are unsure which service is most appropriate are encouraged to begin with a Focused Physical Healing session before committing to Integrative Healing or Extended sessions.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

​

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

​

If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment.

​

In the event of technical difficulties on either side, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect or reschedule as appropriate.
