Meet Jennifer...

For more than 28 years, I’ve worked in high-pressure environments where clarity matters and steady presence is essential. Most of that time was spent behind the scenes in emergency services — solving problems, managing technology, and being the calm when everything else felt chaotic.

But even before I had language for it, I was doing something more.

I was the listener. The steady voice. The one people naturally came to when they needed perspective, grounding, or quiet strength. Over time, I realized that what I was offering wasn’t just problem-solving — it was healing.

Today, I bring that same grounded presence into my energy healing practice. My background in technology trained me to think critically and stay regulated under pressure. My intuitive work allows me to sense what isn’t always spoken. Together, they create a balanced, practical, and deeply supportive experience for my clients.

I am certified in Reiki (Master/Teacher), Angelic Healing (Master/Teacher), Biofield Tuning, Advanced Chakra Healing, and multiple coaching disciplines. I also maintain training in First Aid, Pet First Aid, and HIPAA compliance to ensure professional, ethical care. But my certifications are simply tools.

What truly matters to me is helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom — to regulate your nervous system, release stored stress, and feel more aligned, resilient, and empowered in your life.
