Meet Jennifer...

I'm a multi-certified energy healer, soul-igniting mentor, and transformational life coach with over 28 years of experience working to resolve problems in high-pressure environments—most of that time serving behind the scenes in emergency services. While my career began with technology, I’ve always found myself doing far more. I’ve been the calm in the storm, the listener, the guide—quietly offering support, perspective, and healing long before I ever called it my work.

Now, I bring that same grounded presence and intuitive guidance into my energy healing and coaching practice. I'm certified in Reiki (Master and Teacher), Angelic Healing (Master and Teacher), Biofield Tuning, Advanced Chakra Healing, Healing Pets with Reiki, Healing with Crystals, and so much more. I’m also a certified Master Life Coach, Spiritual Coach, Self-Care Coach, Forgiveness Coach, Transformation Coach, Wellness Coach and so many more—with additional training in intuitive development, First Aid, Pet First Aid, and HIPAA compliance, a national standard for handling, protecting, and securing a client’s protected healing information (PHI).

All of my certifications are references and tools that assist me with providing the best guidance and personalized support for my clients. What truly matters to me is helping people learn how to heal—to reconnect with their inner wisdom, clear emotional and energetic blockages, and align with their best-self.
