Biofield Tuning Sessions

Now Offering Standard Biofield Tuning Sessions (Remotely)

In a standard Biofield Tuning session, I use activated tuning forks to gently “scan” your energy field, listening for areas of tension, resistance, or dissonance. When I locate these imbalances, I hold the vibrating tuning fork near or on those areas, allowing your body to naturally respond and realign with the fork’s coherent frequency. This process helps release stored tension, supports energetic flow, and promotes greater balance and well-being.

How I Conduct My Biofield Tuning Sessions

A standard Biofield Tuning session lasts about 60 minutes and is typically conducted remotely, making it accessible no matter where you are. During the session, your role is simple: bring gentle focus to your breath and stay open to noticing any sensations, thoughts, or shifts that arise as I work in your energy field with tuning forks.

I use a combination of unweighted and weighted tuning forks:

  • Unweighted forks produce a clear, audible tone. These sounds act as feedback, helping me identify vibrational imbalances in your field. Emotions such as fear, sadness, or anxiety have distinct sonic signatures, and the forks help me locate where those energies may be held.

  • Weighted forks, on the other hand, produce a subtler sound but create deep, penetrating vibrations. These are especially effective for moving stagnant or deeply held blockages, and are also used directly on the body to encourage physical and energetic shifts.

Each session begins by activating your central energy channel—the core line that runs along your spine. This step strengthens your overall energy system and helps call your awareness into the present moment. You might visualize this as aligning your personal energy torus by anchoring into your core—feeling into the midline of your body, from deep within yourself all the way down into the Earth.

From there, I begin reading your energetic blueprint by gently "combing" through your biofield with the tuning forks. This process is similar to placing a needle on a record, listening for subtle cues. I move from the outer edges of your field—representing earlier life experiences—toward your physical body, where your present-day energy resides.

Throughout the session, I listen for signs of stored or "frozen" energy—what we call biophotons—that are held in memory, past trauma, or unresolved emotional patterns. These imbalances can tilt us off-center, keeping us tied to the past and out of alignment in the present. Using the coherent vibration of the tuning forks, I help gently retrieve and reintegrate these scattered pieces of your energy back into your central channel.

This is what brings the system back into energetic alignment—and why clients often say they feel “lighter” after a session. It's not just a feeling—it’s the return of your own light and energy back into circulation.

💧 After Your Session

Post-session self-care is important. I recommend:

  • Drinking plenty of water

  • Taking an Epsom salt bath

  • Spending time in nature (barefoot grounding is wonderful)

  • Gentle movement or journaling to process insights

These practices help your body and energy field integrate the changes and stay in balance.

Also Offering Adrenal Reset Sessions (Remotely)
(3 Sessions Minimum Suggested for Best Results)

In Biofield Tuning, an adrenal reset is a specific energetic protocol aimed at calming and rebalancing the adrenal glands, which are often overworked due to chronic stress, anxiety, or trauma. The goal is to help the body shift out of a constant fight-or-flight state and into a more regulated, restorative mode.

When the adrenal glands are overworked due to chronic stress, it can lead to symptoms like:

  • Fatigue or burnout

  • Anxiety or mood swings

  • Sleep issues

  • Cravings (especially for salt or sugar)

What Do the Adrenal Glands Do?

Your adrenal glands are two small glands that sit on top of your kidneys, and they play a big role in how your body handles stress, energy, and balance.

  • Manage your stress response by releasing hormones like cortisol and adrenaline.

  • Support energy levels and keep your blood sugar steady.

  • Balance your fluid levels and blood pressure.

  • Contribute to hormone balance, especially as we age.

  • When we’re under chronic stress, the adrenal glands can become overworked, which may leave us feeling tired, anxious, or out of balance.
