“Don't Mistake Stillness for Inactivity. Inner Work Is Taking Place.”

There may be times when life feels unusually quiet, stagnant, or as though nothing is changing. We may be waiting for an answer, a new direction, a shift in circumstances, or simply some indication that we are moving forward. But stillness doesn’t necessarily mean that nothing is happening. Some of our most important changes take place beneath the surface, before we can see or fully understand them. Thoughts are being processed, emotions are settling, perspectives are shifting, and pieces of our lives may be quietly rearranging themselves in ways that aren’t yet visible.
