“You Are the Open Door and You Are the One Walking In”

Sometimes we wait for a door to open - for an opportunity, a sign, another person, or some outside circumstance to give us permission to move forward. But this message reminds us that we may not be waiting for the door at all. We are the open door. The possibility for change, healing, growth, and a different future already exists within us. What once seemed closed may have simply required us to recognize that we hold the ability to create an opening ourselves.

And yet, being the open door is only part of it. We are also the one who must choose to walk through. No one else can take that step for us. We can recognize what is possible and still hesitate at the threshold, especially when what lies beyond it is unfamiliar. Perhaps the opening you've been waiting for is you.
